Not at all! Our special wax melts at a low temperature and is designed to be completely safe.

The wax itself stays warm to the touch and won’t burn your skin when melted.

Only the tool used to heat it may get hot — but as long as you follow the instructions carefully, there’s no risk of burns.

No worries! The kit includes 3 wax models so you can try several times.

In the end, simply rank them from your favorite to least favorite (1 to 3).

If none of the three turns out how you'd like, just contact us before sending the kit back — we’ll be happy to send you new wax models to try again!

Just return the 3 wax imprint boxes, ranked by preference, inside the prepaid envelope provided.

⚠️ Important:

Make sure to lay the boxes flat inside the envelope to avoid them stacking on top of each other.

If they don’t lie flat, the envelope may not fit into a mailbox.

Please note:

• Within France, the return envelope is prepaid — no postage needed.
• For international orders, we also provide the return envelope, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  
  

Each piece is handcrafted with care in our Paris studio.

Please allow around 1 to 2 weeks from the moment we receive your imprints for the creation and shipment of your ring.

Yes! We faithfully reproduce the texture of the wax model you created.

Only the outer edges are slightly refined to ensure a harmonious, solid, and comfortable finish — without any small wax spills or rough edges.
