1️⃣ Receiving the Kit
Once your order is placed, you will quickly receive a beautiful kit containing everything you need: clear instructions, three wax rings, a finger sizer, and small tools to capture your imprint with precision.

2️⃣ Taking the Imprints
Let your creativity flow! Take one or more imprints: your own, that of a loved one, or even your pet (nose or paw 🐾). Our wax melts at a low temperature, ensuring a safe experience with no risk of burns.
💡 We provide three wax models for you to practice with. If needed, we can send more, just ask! Make sure to measure and note your finger size so we can perfectly adjust the ring to your finger.

3️⃣ Returning the Wax Models
Once you are satisfied, rank your three impressions in order of preference and place them in the prepaid envelope provided, with the address already filled in.

⚠️ The envelope is prepaid only for orders from France. If you are ordering from outside France, you will need to handle the payment and customs formalities yourself for returning the wax models.

4️⃣ Creating Your Jewelry
This is the magical moment! We select the number 1 model and transform it into precious metal (silver or gold-plated) using the artisanal lost-wax casting technique. Once your ring is shaped, polished, and finished with care, we ship it in a beautiful box, ready to be worn and cherished forever.

The process can take up to 3 weeks, as creating your jewelry, between our artisanal work and delivery times, takes a little time. But don't worry, the result is definitely worth the wait!
